Every Thursday we have meetings where a lab member shares progress on her/his project. In every lab meeting mate (a legal Argentinean tea) is always going around the table. Recently we've decided to expand on technical expertise in this critical lab resource by making other types of coffee for everybody :).

Once a year, the lab holds a 2-day retreat in Truckee, CA. This is a great opportunity to catch up at a personal level and build a stronger team. There is plenty of science, sightseeing and ski!
